I walk every day during my stay in Downtown in this route.. its a lovely 45 minutes walk near Dubai Mall and in Downtown Dubai ..

This walk was around 2.00 PM in a summer day (don’t do it! Lol), but I did this on purpose to catch the area with the least amount of crowds possible!
