My Top 10 Restaurants in Dubai | September Edition

I’ve moved back to Dubai for September and October, and here’s a list of 10 of the restaurants that stood out for me!

Amazonico Saturday Brunch

I’ve always loved Amazonico – My favorite Amazonian is the original which is in Madrid !

Well, Amazónico is a high-end restaurant concept known for its vibrant atmosphere, eclectic décor, and Latin American-inspired cuisine. Originally founded in Madrid by the husband-and-wife team Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, it has expanded to various international locations, including London and Dubai!

In Dubai, I’ve tried their Saturday brunch which is usually from 12-4 PM. Amazónico’s Saturday brunch in Dubai is a lively, upscale affair featuring a wide range of Latin American-inspired dishes with international influences. The brunch is designed as a journey through the Amazon rainforest, offering a colorful and tropical spread.

The menu includes a variety of ceviches, sushi, and freshly grilled seafood as well as classic Latin dishes like tacos, empanadas, and churrasco meats.

I liked it & do recommend it.

Riviera Restaurant at the Lana Hotel for Lunch

Throughout the day and into the evening, Riviera evokes the feeling of the South of France, with a breezy freshness and boundless sunshine. Overlooking the sparkling waters of Marasi Bay Marina, expect modern Mediterranean dishes inspired by Jean’s own experiences.

I loved the ambiance of the place and that was the major selling point. The service was great and they were very accommodating. The snails, are always a good sell for me as well yet not everyone does it well. It was really delicious here! Ive also ordered the seabass carpaccio and tuna tartare for appetizers. For main, Ive tried the Roasted chicken breast filled with ceps & truffle and Gnudi ricotta – spinach, roasted tomatoes.

Jean Imbert: Voted Chef of the Year 2019 by GQ and one of the 50 Most Influential French People by Vanity Fair, Jean Imbert’s accolades make quite the introduction.

Projeto Açaí is a popular café and restaurant in Dubai known for its healthy and delicious açaí bowls. Specializing in the Brazilian superfood açaí, the venue offers a wide variety of fresh, customizable açaí bowls that is just delicious!

The menu at Projeto Açaí centers around the açaí berry, which is known for its antioxidant properties and nutritional benefits. You can expect a range of bowls topped with ingredients like fresh fruits, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, seeds, and nut butters. Menagerie . مناجري

I really wanted to find a place to add to my top 10 but as a delivery option. It is always tricky finding a restaurant that delivers the same quality of dine in, but as delivery! So I must say, Menagerie was the one for this month!

I’ve placed an order for lunch from their menu and it was all delivered perfectly packaged, good warmth to the food and absolutely delicious!

My order was:

  • Kale Caesar Salad
  • Asian Beef Bowl
  • Wild Mushroom Flatbread
  • Muhamara Flatbread
  • Wild Rice Chicken
  • Chicken Shawarma
  • Date & Walnut Bites
  • Chocolate Chunk Pecan Pie

I couldn’t pick a favorite, they’re all really good!
