New Kuwait International Airport

Foster+Partners won the design for the new Kuwait International Airport .

Based on technical and financial reports, the Ministry of Public Works in Kuwait chose this design to support the State of Kuwait’s policy in transforming Kuwait into a financial and economic center. It is going to increase the airport’s capacity to 20 million passengers per year.

Through it’s newest design approach and technical considerations, this project aims to support the State’s policy in transforming Kuwait into a financial and economic center.
