Canaima National Park is one of the most famous and ecologically diverse national parks in Venezuela. It is located in the southeastern part of the country, in the Gran Sabana region of the state of Bolívar. This park covers an area of approximately 30,000 square kilometers (12,000 square miles) and is known for its stunning natural beauty, including dramatic tabletop mountains known as tepuis, waterfalls, lush rainforests, and savannas.
