AMETIS VILLA | CANGGU BALI
My first time staying at Canggu was at Ametis Villa! I was super happy to experience something like this in Bali! In short: Very Balinese but very luxurious!!!
As you may all know, I care a lot about service, cleanness and good vibes (location is always a plus too!). If I don’t receive all of the mentioned its fine I will not leave of course lol BUT when I do get it.. It’ll stay in mind forever. In Ametis Villa I found all four together ♡
About Ametis Villa
- Tea and coffee making facilities
- Mini bar and refrigerator
- Electronic safety deposit box
The house keeping and my private butler was fantastic. I felt my butler was my friend rather than a butler – she was the sweetest and she paid attention to all the details I mentioned.
Another really great thing that Ametis Villa offered was the transport/transfer within Canggu for free! Also they offered an airport transfer. Extremely convenient and much needed.
Things that were also available upon request:
- Canopied bed
- Sofa bed is available for child age between 12 to 16 years old at additional charge
- Twin bed is available and subject to availability
Upon arrival, you’re offered complimentary 30 minutes spa service/massage, don’t forget to make an appointment and try their spa too!
About The Location: Canggu Area
Ive seen many people post about Canggu, but never thought of staying there till recently and I am soooo glad I did. It is an area known for hippies and adventurers that come for the legendary waves. Ive stayed previously in Neighbouring Seminyak which is also amazing and crowded.
The location of the hotel is excellently located in Canggu, on a street filled with cafes, restaurants and shops. I tried so many cafes, restaurants and beach clubs and STILL theres so much more to explore.
In this corner of Bali, it’s all about breakfast; plenty of healthy amazing breakfast places nearby and even further a bit. At the villa, you can always have your breakfast in-villa, and its also amazing having the option to go out.
The food is as healthy as can be: chia, spirulina, almonds and coconuts, turmeric lattes and buckwheat pancakes headline every menu.
Also near by (walking distance is Bali’s buzziest beach club as people highlighted: THE LAWN). As for the shops, in Canggu the focus tends to be more practical: lots of surf- and sportswear. Shops are all over! If you feel like you want a bigger collection, you could always go to shop for the day in Seminyak and come back to Canggu as they are very close to each other.
Finally, Thank you Ametis Villa for a memorable stay, and I look forward to going back again!!!
Love,
